Customer Cancellations / Missed Safari/ Tours
In case of sudden changes in your travel schedule or safari cancellations, our policy is to offer you a 70% refund with 14 days of written notice to our customer service department. A 15% charge will apply in case you reschedule your safari with us. A 100% refund requests will not apply due to costs associated with the banks and the merchant services fees related to the booking.
Safari/ Tour Interruption
Although on rare occasions, the Bon voyage assumes no responsibility for delays caused by game conservation programs, weather, safari van breakdowns, traffic conditions, accidents and/or other conditions beyond our control.
Personal Items left at the Hotel/ Safari Van
We are not responsible for any personal items brought on with you during your safari. Kindly make sure you try all your best to watch over your items during hotel check out and final safari/ trip destinations.
Bon voyage and its affiliates respect your privacy and will keep your personal information private (your name, address, email address or phone number). We never at any given time give out information to third-parties. We also never at Bon voyage keep credit card information on file for any reason.
Safari itinerary subject to change without notice
All the proposed itinerary is subject to change without notice and such changes can be brought to the attention of the client. This can be given the nature of the safari locations, traffic conditions, road closures, game conservation, and weather. While these are rare instances, we will do our best to amend the itinerary so it makes for an enjoyable day. No refunds or partial refunds will be applied.
No employee or representative of the Bon voyage shall change these booking terms and conditions policy verbally. Any verbal changes that are not in writing will simply not be honored.
